I don't get a server list

Why does this happen?

This is most common with Xbox users. Xbox does not always immediately update its DNS even when you change it. Sometimes it can take up to a few hours before it will update. There has been some success by turning off the Xbox & unplugging it for a minimum of 30 sec to manually refresh it.

 

If you are not a Xbox user or you're sure its updated, double check to make sure you input the correct Primary DNS: 51.161.32.220

If it still doesn't work, the DNS server may be down. Try this Primary DNS instead: 173.82.100.84 where you will then have to manually input the server information.
